Chef Dave Trosko began his career in North Texas as a passionate server-turned-chef in the fine dining industry. From there he became a culinary director and chef for multiple local concepts before branching off to start his own brand in Denton, TX.
Trosko culinary has been offering a wide variety of cuisine since it’s inception in 2018. From classic comfort fare and reimagined classics to experimental inventive dishes, chef Trosko always strives to bring you the best you’ve ever tasted!
