Chef Dave Trosko began his career in North Texas as a passionate server-turned-chef in the fine dining industry. From there he became a Culinary Director and Chef for multiple local concepts before branching off to start his own culinary company in Denton, TX.
Trosko culinary has been offering a wide variety of cuisine since it’s inception in 2018. From classic comfort fare served from a food truck window to elevated molecular gastronomy dishes at our private supper clubs, we always strive to bring you the best you’ve ever tasted!
